1) Please note that any items lost or damaged during the delivery process is not Belalicious' responsibility. But be assured that items will be in good condition before they are mailed out.
2) Items reserved can only be held for a maximum of 5 days.
3) Please try to order once you are sure that you want the item. Dead buyers(people who disappear after making the order)will be blacklisted
4) Goods sold are strictly not refundable or exchangeable.
5) Changes in orders are to be made within 1 day after ordering. But once items are sent out or confirmed available, changes will not be accepted.
6) All items are in SGD.

For Local Buyers
By normal/registered mail
1)Once confirmed that the item is available, kindly transfer the cost of the item plus the postage fee(add $1 for normal mail or $3 for registered mail) to DBS Savings Plus a/c 047-8-018456 within 3 days
2)Upon recepit of payment, the item will be mailed out within 3-4 working days for normal mail or within 1 week for registered mail.
For Meet-ups
1)Payment to be made on the day of the collection of the item.
2)Meet-ups are only at these allocated days and timings:
-Expo Mrt Station~Sundays only(11am-1:15pm; 4:15pm-5:3pm)
-Searangoon Mrt Station or Serangoon Interchange~Saturdays only(12:45pm-1:20pm; 5:15pm-6pm)
-Hougang Point~Mondays to Fridays only(From 5pm onwards)
